We define and implement the IT policy for all ARaymond network companies, providing the entire enterprise with a complete and innovative range of IT services that offer differentiating solutions to its customers.

About the Job Shape the future of ARaymond as part of our global IT Product Development Community. We are looking for an ambitious IT Business Consultant with interest and knowledge in IT applications and business processes (technical data management, laboratory, health and safety for automotive and other markets). In this role you will understand people, customers and technology – an exciting opportunity with clear development potential within a truly international scope. You will be involved in IT projects across our business areas to support, maintain, and evolve external applications (especially TEEXMA by Bassetti). Your mission is to continuously improve ARaymond processes in close collaboration with global stakeholders, helping us meet internal and customer needs worldwide.

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and propose solutions based on existing software and business processes. Explain advantages and limitations, advise stakeholders and help them with their choices including risk and workload assessment.

Transfer requirements into software solutions in teamwork with users and software developers.

Ensure high quality of new software functionalities and their seamless integration into existing systems.

Create functional and technical documentation, along with reports for various stakeholders.

Train end users, participate in and lead local and international workshops.

Define and maintain interfaces.

Roll out software packages and ensure integration within the project framework.

Conduct second‑level support necessary for the impacted business processes on our main software.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science / Business / Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in business process analysis, IT solution deployment and maintenance – ideally combined with working experience in similar industry business processes areas with an IT interest.

Skills

Knowledge of specific processes and software would be a plus: material management, laboratory and quality processes, HSE management in a plant and Teexma from Bassetti editor.

Genuine interest in technology and the capacity to dive into the software, becoming the expert on standards and configurable features.

Excellent communication, presentation and synthesis skills; ability to work with international teams with a collaborative spirit.

Good project management skills.

General willingness to travel.

Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
