THE IMPACT: S/He will manage customer relationship from the incoming order to the post sales phase. Main activities and accountabilities

Manage customer portfolio and oversee the full cycle of customer relationships and satisfaction; Manage order data entry and price updates in the SAP system; Oversee order processing, verify product availability with the warehouse, and prepare technical documentation for shipment; Interact with both the finance and sales departments to solve any issues related to the post-sales phase.
