Project Director (ServiceNow) - Remote - 12 months+ We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation on the ServiceNow platform for a retail organization. This role will oversee implementation and optimization of ServiceNow S2P (Source-to-Pay), IRM (Integrated Risk Management), TPR (Third-Party Risk), and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).

The Project Director will provide executive leadership, ensure alignment to retail business priorities, and drive successful delivery across cross-functional teams. You will need to work full time for the first month and 2-4 days per month thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery across ServiceNow S2P, IRM, TPR, and SPM modules

Establish governance, executive reporting, and value realization metrics

Align platform capabilities with retail procurement, vendor management, risk, and portfolio objectives

Manage program financials, delivery partners, and global workstreams

Serve as primary liaison to CIO, CFO, CPO, and Risk leadership

Drive change management and adoption across corporate and field teams

Required Experience

10+ years leading enterprise transformation programs

5+ years delivering large-scale initiatives on the ServiceNow

Direct experience with S2P, IRM, TPR, and SPM implementations is a plus

Experience in retail or multi-location consumer environments preferred

Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
