We are looking for a Strategic

PLM4A Projects Manager .

Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic project management and digital transformation expertise in a new cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in driving the digital transformation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), supporting the implementation of projects aligned with Alstom's strategic objectives. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (digital transformation, engineering, operations), coordinate key initiatives, ensure alignment with governance processes and program roadmaps, and manage stakeholder relationships and reporting, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of planning and organising PLM4A projects, but also manage resources and drive continuous process improvement.

We’ll look to you for:

Structuring and managing the delivery of PLM4A initiatives in alignment with program milestones and governance processes

Optimising the delivery model based on the defined sourcing strategy

Proposing and implementing initiatives to improve planning, cost efficiency, and quality

Applying standardised methodologies, processes, and tools across all PLM4A activities

Defining and managing capacity plans and skills matrices for project teams

Adapting sourcing models to the evolving needs of the program

Identifying and mitigating risks, removing obstacles to success, and escalating issues as needed

Providing standardised and timely reporting on project status and performance

Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Project Management

8 years of experience in project/program management within industrial sectors (railway, aerospace, automotive, energy)

Proven experience in PLM implementation and digital transformation

Strong knowledge of PLM concepts: EBOM/MBOM, change management, configuration management, requirements traceability

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and delivering on a global scale

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Strong communication and reporting skills

Fluency in French and English
