Preparation of transaction marketing materials (teasers, information memoranda, presentations, etc.) Financial modeling and valuation analyses Market research and company analysis Active involvement in international client relationships and transaction execution Participation in business development initiatives Candidate Profile

Graduate from a leading business school or university 2–4 years of experience in corporate finance or M&A, gained within a top-tier investment bank or private equity firm Strong command of corporate finance principles Advanced financial modeling skills Excellent written communication skills in both French and English Native-level French and fluent English Compensation
