About OuiRace
OuiRace is a connected running app that brings together runners and fitness enthusiasts through interactive digital races. Users can compete with friends, companies, or charities from anywhere in the world — powered by a fair time-correction system and a strong social impact mission.
We are growing fast and looking for a driven, bilingual Communication & Sales Consultant to take full ownership of user acquisition, brand visibility, and high-impact partnerships. This is not an execution role — it is a strategic one. We want someone who brings ideas, challenges assumptions, and takes real accountability for results.
Your Mission
You will have a direct impact on OuiRace's growth across three pillars. We expect you to come with your own strategies, propose new approaches, and own your workstreams end-to-end.
Grow brand awareness in France and internationally
Generate qualified leads and convert them into active users and loyal customers
Design and deploy multi-channel acquisition strategies
Negotiate and close high-impact strategic partnerships
Key Responsibilities
Communication & Brand Growth
Define and deploy a multi-channel communication strategy: social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, PR
Manage and grow OuiRace's presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook with a data-driven approach
Create and adapt engaging content in both French and English: Reels, TikToks, newsletters, campaigns
Launch digital challenges and campaigns that authentically reflect OuiRace's brand identity
Stimulate User-Generated Content and build genuine community interaction
Strengthen OuiRace's positioning in sport tech and social impact through strategic storytelling
Analyse performance metrics (engagement, conversion, retention) and continuously optimise
Spot trends and bring initiatives to the table before being asked
Identify, prospect and qualify clients and partners (B2C and/or B2B) in France and internationally
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing — in French and in English
Set up and optimise conversion funnels to turn leads into active users
Negotiate and close strategic partnerships with confidence and creativity
Build and maintain a structured CRM process: outreach, follow-ups, pipeline tracking
Charity & NGO Partnerships
Proactively identify relevant NGOs, foundations and associations — don't wait for leads to come to you
Pitch and close digital race fundraising partnerships
Support onboarding and flawless execution of charity races
Recruit and manage a motivated ambassador network
Define incentive structures and engagement strategy — propose what you think will work best
Track performance and measure real-world impact
Expected Results & KPIs
Growth in active users and community engagement
Volume of qualified leads generated
Revenue generated and strategic partnerships signed
Brand visibility and reach across key markets
Ideal Profile
We are looking for someone who does not just fill a role — they shape it. The ideal candidate combines marketing instinct, sales drive, and a genuine culture of performance and ownership.
Fully fluent in both French and English — written and spoken. You pitch, write and negotiate in both languages daily. This is non-negotiable.
Proven experience in digital communication, growth marketing and/or sales — startup or scale-up background is a strong plus
Naturally proactive: you identify what needs to be done and do it — without waiting to be asked
Strategic thinker who brings original ideas and is not afraid to challenge existing approaches
Able to own projects end-to-end: from concept and strategy to execution and reporting
Comfortable switching between creative content and direct sales outreach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Data-driven mindset with a results-first approach
Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and reliability
Passion for sport, running, tech or social impact is a strong plus
