The Opportunity : The firm seeks to appoint a partner to join its Arbitration Team, working alongside existing arbitration partners across fields such as construction law, real estate law, commercial law, civil liability, franchise law, and insurance law. The ideal candidate will be experienced in complex negotiations, contract reviews, and representing clients in sensitive or strategic court proceedings. The arbitration group handles cases across the full spectrum of international arbitration, serving clients in France, Europe, Africa, and the Far East. This role offers the chance to strengthen a modest-sized team in the Paris office and to contribute to the development of the practice with new energy and insights. The Candidate : The successful candidate will have a proven track record in arbitration, advising and representing high-value clients in court. You may currently be a partner seeking a new challenge or a counsel aspiring to attain partnership. You should have your own client base and experience advising clients in both national and international contexts, particularly in sectors related to the firm's practice areas.
