Your Mission: Operational Excellence and Financial Oversight Reporting directly to the CEO, your mission is to

structure, optimize, and manage

the company’s operational flows—from procurement to final delivery—while ensuring rigorous oversight of our financial reporting and coordination with external partners.

Dual Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Management

Your focus will be on building efficiency into our industrial process:

Process Implementation:

Define and execute robust supply chain processes (planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory control).

Supplier Relations:

Manage key supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery and quality of all materials and components.

Industrial Support:

Closely support our industrial partners and subcontractors to align production schedules and quality objectives.

2. Financial Coordination

You will ensure the financial health and compliance of the organization:

Accounting Oversight:

Supervise the external accounting firm, ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of financial reporting.

Planning & Analysis:

Contribute actively to budgeting, cash‑flow monitoring, and financial forecasting activities.

Reporting:

Coordinate financial audits, manage reporting for public funding (BPI, EU programs), and oversee investor communications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with technical, project, and management teams to ensure seamless operational and financial alignment across the business.

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in a rapidly scaling environment.

What We Are Looking For We need a proactive, organised, and hands‑on leader with expertise in both operational logistics and financial management.

Essential Profile:

Education:

Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum

7 years

of experience in a similar dual‑focused role, ideally within an

industrial or technological environment.

Expertise:

Strong command of both operational logistics and core financial management principles.

Process Orientation:

Proven ability to successfully structure and optimise supply chain processes in a growing organisation.

Languages:

Fluent English is mandatory

(due to international partners and suppliers). French proficiency is a plus.
