Ensure that all stores maintain global visual standards through routine visits, audits, coaching, and directives—documenting visual changes with clear reporting and photography

Work daily with Regional Merchandising to align VM execution with delivery calendars, collection strategies, and store‑level priorities

Partner with Retail Leaders to drive visual performance, store results, and operational readiness

Collaborate with Global HQ and Brand Experience teams on fashion week activations, high‑profile installations, and special projects, ensuring flawless execution

Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Area Visual Merchandisers, fostering a high‑performance culture and strengthening VM capability across all EMEA stores

Build and scale tools, processes, principles, and communication channels that enable stores to deliver best‑in‑class brand experiences

Promote store autonomy and capability through training, support, and hands‑on development of store teams

Manage all visual components of special events including trunk shows, press previews, collaborations, and retail activations

Lead special orders, pop‑ups, and large‑scale installations from concept to completion

Own and control the EMEA VM travel and project budget, partnering with the Regional President to ensure efficient and impactful allocation

Provide accurate reporting, planning, and forecasting across all VM activities
