You will be trained and supported to master high-tech equipment deployed at major industrial clients in France and abroad.
Your Mission
Install, commission and test Sidel equipment, including single machines and complete production lines, including both rotary and linear machines, on customer sites.
Intervene on new equipment as well as existing installed bases, mainly across Europe, but also outside Europe when required.
Troubleshoot, prevent and adopt corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical and automated machines within high-speed production lines, including start-up missions, breakdown support, functional analysis and anomaly identification.
Execute precise technical diagnostics, share feedback with internal support teams and propose corrective actions.
Administrate equipment upgrades and optimisation, including hardware and software updates.
Collaborate closely with project managers and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Train and empower client operators and maintenance technicians to ensure efficient equipment handling.
Report after-sales opportunities detected on customer site.
Comply fully with Sidel and client safety rules, with clear communications throughout interventions.
Prepare and deliver detailed technical reports in English or French following each intervention.
Your Profile
Technical degree (automation, mechatronics, electrotechnics, industrial maintenance…)
Strong technical curiosity and eagerness to learn continuously
Field experience preferred or strong motivation to learn on the job
Fluent in English, essential for working in a multicultural team
Willingness to travel extensively (often >80% of the time) and adapt to different international environments
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
