As part of several industrial projects across France, we are looking for multiple QA/QC profiles specialized in welding quality control. These projects involve complex industrial facilities (flue gas treatment, waste‑to‑energy plants, piping connections, etc.). The role includes both operational field supervision and quality documentation management. Responsibilities

Supervise on‑site welding activities, including golden joints Perform visual inspections and ensure compliance with quality procedures Provide technical support to on‑site welding teams Manage welding‑related documentation: WPS, WPQR, WSL, Welding Book Ensure all works comply with applicable standards and contractual requirements Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors Act as the on‑site quality reference, able to handle complex situations IWE, IWT, or IWS certification preferred Proven experience in QA/QC supervision or inspection in welding operations Strong knowledge of welding‑related quality documentation and standards Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage site teams Rigor, autonomy, and reactivity in a demanding environment Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus Previous experience on thermal projects (MSW / Biomass / WTE) and/or industrial boilers is a strong asset Familiarity with welding standards and industrial quality requirements Seniority Level
