Aperçu du poste : Otis développe son activité et recherche un(e) Manager Chantier. Ce poste est à pourvoir dans notre région Service au sein de notre agence de Valbonne et sous la responsabilité du directeur. Votre objectif est de manager quotidiennement l\'équipe de techniciens, assurer leur engagement, assurer le recrutement, et garantir la formation et la sécurité. Vous êtes également garant de la bonne exécution du contrat vis-à-vis du client et vous êtes son interlocuteur privilégié.
Au cours d\'une journée type, vous devrez :
Assurer la sécurité des techniciens, la qualité et la conformité des installations
Etre le point de contact des clients afin d\'assurer le respect des obligations et des attentes
Diriger l\'exécution des opérations de maintenance et les prestations des sous-traitants sur le terrain
Organiser des formations avec les techniciens
Maintenir la satisfaction du client, en gérant les budgets de main-d\'oeuvre et de matériel
Améliorer l\'efficacité en gérant les itinéraires et les taux de rappel
Fournir une assistance technique, travailler avec les ingénieurs commerciaux sur l\'estimation des ventes
Autoriser des travaux et assurer le suivi de leur exécution
Conduire le changement pour améliorer l\'efficacité et la communication
Qualifications
Vous êtes titulaire d\'un Bac pro jusqu\'à Bac +5 dans le management d\'activité ou d\'une expérience professionnelle équivalente (au moins 3 ans).
Une expérience de la direction d\'une équipe opérationnelle serait souhaitable.
Une expérience dans le secteur des ascenseurs serait un plus.
Vous maitrisez les outils numériques de travail en équipe et des produits.
Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de leadership, et capacité à travailler dans un environnement très dynamique et axé sur le travail d\'équipe.
Vous avez de solides compétences informatiques et technologiques, sens des affaires et une passion pour le service à la clientèle.
