The Senior Product Manager leads strategy for Thales’ cloud IAM solution, OneWelcome Identity Platform, shaping the platform roadmap and delivering shared capabilities across the IAM portfolio.
Owning Service Delivery & Compliance and Tenant Operations & Extensibility, the role ensures scalable, secure, and compliant multi-tenant operations—including onboarding, tenant lifecycle, configuration management, and customer extensions.
Working cross-functionally across product, engineering, operations, and compliance, the Senior Product Manager bridges strategy and execution to enable innovation while maintaining enterprise-grade reliability and trust.
Key areas of responsibility:
Define and execute the Product Line strategy, competitiveness plans, value proposition, and market positioning for cloud-based IAM solutions.
Lead global market, customer, segmentation, and competitive analysis with Marketing and Business Intelligence to inform roadmap and differentiation.
Own product planning and lifecycle governance, preparing business plans, roadmaps, reuse strategy, and market/user requirements for decision reviews.
Act as global SME for IAM Service Delivery, supporting sales opportunities and customer engagements while maintaining and growing the OneWelcome install base with a zero-churn focus.
Drive continuous improvement and service delivery excellence, ensuring enterprise-grade security, regulatory compliance, certification, and strong user experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, security, compliance, sales, and customer success to meet financial targets and align with broader portfolio strategy.
Leverage data and AI-powered tools to improve product discovery, prioritization, and execution, ensuring responsible governance and customer trust.
Requirements:
Skills and Abilities:
8+ years of experience in product management or other customer facing roles
3+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Experience working on public cloud, multi-tenant SaaS offerings
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Ability to present to and communicate effectively with customers and executive leadership
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in technology or business administration
