Senior CSM ServiceNow Developer

We are looking For:

Senior CSM ServiceNow Developer For an international project, we are seeking talented ServiceNow Developers/Experts with strong hands‑on experience in

Customer Service Management (CSM)

and

IT Service Management (ITSM) .

The resource will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions focused on the ITSM and CSM modules. The role also includes integrating ServiceNow with other systems using

REST/SOAP APIs

and

MID servers .

Skills and Qualifications:

Solid experience as a

ServiceNow Developer

Strong expertise in

CSM and ITSM modules

Excellent knowledge of

ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) ,

SQL ,

HTML ,

CSS

Strong understanding of

ITIL processes

Excellent command of the

English language (B2)
