Within the Digital & Transformation Department, the Artificial Intelligence Solutions team designs and deploys data-driven and AI-powered solutions with strong business impact.

In this international environment, we are looking for a
Business Analyst
who can act as a true business partner, operating at the interface between operational teams and data experts.
Your Role: A Business Analyst at the Heart of Transformation
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Category Management, Sales, Finance, and country teams).
Your dual responsibility will be to:
Autonomously understand, challenge, and formalize business needs
Translate those needs into structured analyses and high-impact data-driven solutions
Reporting to the Solution Owner, you will work on strategic Offer and Supply Chain optimization topics across multiple Group countries, within a demanding international environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Analysis & Monitoring:
Identify performance levers and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for data & AI teams
Conduct in-depth business and financial analyses to measure the impact of AI solutions
Build analytical frameworks and performance indicators
Develop dashboards and monitoring tools (notably in Power BI)
Monitor algorithmic recommendations to ensure value realization and continuous improvement
2. International Deployment & Change Management:
Support the adaptation and rollout of solutions across different countries
Work closely with Data Scientists (data reconciliation, model understanding, results interpretation)
Clearly communicate value creation and performance results to both local teams and central management
Drive adoption of tools and solutions within operational teams
This role offers strong exposure and combines business acumen, analytical rigor, and international collaboration.
Education & Experience
Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Data Analysis
Mandatory experience in an international environment (collaboration with foreign teams or subsidiaries)
Proven experience handling and structuring complex datasets
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
Good understanding of relational databases
Strong interest in data science and AI (Python, algorithmic logic, model understanding)
Fluent professional English, both written and spoken (international working environment)
Business Skills
Good understanding of Supply Chain and inventory management topics (will be a plus)
Ability to assess business impacts on sales performance, margin optimization, and financial performance
Cross-functional business mindset
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously and structure complex problems
Analytical mindset, rigor, and synthesis capability
Business partner posture: solution-oriented, impact-driven, value-focused
Strong interest in data, quantitative analysis, and innovation
