Solution Architect - REMOTE

In this role, you will significantly impact how our clients utilize data through cloud-based solutions. As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with customers to optimize their workflows and data configurations. Your expertise will play a crucial role in streamlining their experience and ensuring successful implementation. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients toward operational excellence via standardized practices and innovative solutions. Accountabilities

Partner directly with customers to guide them toward standardized and efficient use of tools.

Configure optimal workflows within cloud solutions, promoting standardized capabilities.

Provide consultative guidance to ensure seamless service implementation and adoption.

Troubleshoot configuration challenges and recommend tailored solutions.

Architect data integration across cloud platforms to drive capability.

Develop and document best practices for project data management.

Act as a liaison between clients and product teams for user feedback.

Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize product enhancements.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in data management or infrastructure solutions.

5+ years of experience building documented scripts (preferably with PowerShell).

Ability to understand and optimize SQL Stored Procedures and SQL Queries.

Strong knowledge of data architecture and workflow optimization.

Familiarity with BS1192 and ISO19650 for BIM management.

Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Hands‑on experience with solution design and troubleshooting.

Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts effectively.
