Certification Engineer (with the Chinese Language)

We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Certification Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include obtaining, interpreting, and communicating certification regulations and carrier requirements, developing and executing certification plans, conducting network and carrier acceptance tests, and providing technical support to enhance certification capabilities and delivery efficiency. Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance and Communication Obtain and interpret the certification regulations and carrier requirements for the target countries of our products. Communicate these requirements effectively to the R&D team. Certification Planning and Execution Develop and implement product certification plans in alignment with product delivery schedules. Follow up on the completion of these plans, providing regular progress updates. Field and Carrier Testing Conduct on-site network tests and carrier acceptance tests for our products. Assist the R&D team in identifying and resolving any issues that arise during testing. Technical Support and Efficiency Improvement Provide frontline technical support for our products. Enhance certification capabilities and improve delivery efficiency. User Interviews Design and conduct user interviews to gather feedback and insights. Analyze interview data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for product and service improvements. Maintain good communication with users to understand their needs and pain points. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or a related field. Basicunderstanding of certification regulations and carrier requirements for France Excellent proficiency in French (speaking, reading, and writing). English, Chinese is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to different teams.
