⭐ Context ⭐ Alan is entering a new phase of growth. With more than 1 million members and +45 % year‑over‑year growth on our self‑serve acquisition, we’re scaling our organic acquisition by bringing in a dedicated SEO content specialist.

SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) are gaining serious momentum at Alan. Organic sessions are growing, and we’re capturing early conversions from LLMs. We need to professionalise our content engine: structured SEO processes, AI‑powered workflows, and scalable production across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.

You'll join Alan's Growth team to write SEO‑optimized content at volume and build AI‑powered workflows to scale organic growth. This role is hands‑on content production with a strong organic search and AI backbone. It’s ideal for someone looking to sharpen SEO skills and grow into an AI‑native content expert.

⭐ Your Mission ⭐ You’ll work as a duo with our SEO/GEO Growth Marketer and partner with the Growth team to write and optimise content that drives organic traffic and self‑serve conversions while using AI to scale and globalise production.

It combines two core elements: writing content our members love (clear, helpful, human) and architecting the systems to scale it (AI workflows, multi‑market processes, repeatable frameworks) across four markets with different regulations and cultural contexts. You’ll also become the guardian of Alan's tone of voice, ensuring brand consistency as we scale.

Key Missions Write and optimise SEO content at scale

Optimize content for AI search engines, not just Google.

Research keywords, analyse search intent, and identify content opportunities using SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.

Write and optimise blog posts, guides, and landing pages for organic search performance.

Identify and cover topics our members care about: wellness at work, preventive health advice, navigating insurance complexity.

Build and run AI‑powered content workflows

Use and build Dust agents (our internal AI platform) to automate research, generate first drafts, and optimise content without sacrificing quality.

Experiment with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) for content production, localisation, and optimisation.

Drive measurable organic growth

Create content that generates non‑branded traffic, pipeline, and self‑serve conversions.

Track and report on SEO/GEO performance (monitor content KPIs: articles published per month, rankings, citations, traffic, conversions) and iterate based on data.

Position Alan as a category leader in health insurance through strategic content.

Expand content across markets

Build repeatable processes using AI tools (semantic research, writing, localisation).

Work with local market teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and resonates.

⭐ If you have some of the following, you may be a great fit ⭐ Experience & Skills

Entry‑level or 1‑3 years of SEO content or content marketing experience, ideally in a tech or scale‑up environment.

Strong writing skills:

you can write clear, engaging content across formats (blog posts, guides, landing pages).

Ability to write content that performs:

you demonstrate measurable business impact (organic traffic, rankings, conversions).

SEO knowledge:

comfortable with keyword research, search intent analysis, on‑page optimisation, and tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console.

AI‑curious and hands‑on:

you already use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in your workflow and want to push further.

Data‑informed:

you track rankings, traffic, and conversions and iterate based on data.

Operational rigor:

you can produce content at volume while maintaining quality.

Fast learner:

you’re eager to grow your SEO and AI skills—tools and training will be provided.

Languages:

fluent in French and English (mandatory).

Nice‑to‑Have

Multi‑market/localisation experience in European scale‑ups.

Spanish or Dutch proficiency.

Experience in regulated industries (fintech, healthtech, insurtech) where you need to be creative within constraints.

Experience working closely with Growth Marketing, Demand Gen, or Product Marketing teams.

Previous use of AI agents or content automation tools (Dust, Claude, GPT).

Interest in health, insurance, or wellness topics (previous knowledge is a strong bonus).
