Context Project: POC Géomarketing Impact Studies. Objective: estimate lost revenue at a store following competitor presence in its zone of chalandise to support targeted counter‑attack strategies (marketing, offer revision, remodeling). Duration: 40 days. Start: January.

Missions principales

Construction of the model: develop the predictive algorithm enabling estimation of competitive impact.

Analysis of cannibalization: identify the customer segments most at risk and quantify projected lost revenue.

Exploitation of client data and historical sales to feed the model.

Spatial granularity: ensure high precision in geospatial analyses (isochrones, heat zones).

Deliverables: predictive algorithm of impacted revenue; identification and profiling of at‑risk client segments (e.g., Seniors, Families); technical documentation enabling future industrialization within an application.

Project collaboration with Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Business Analyst and DS Manager.

Confirmed expertise in Machine Learning algorithms (supervised models).

Handling large databases (Data Retail).

Expertise Métier

Knowledge of Retail sector and geomarketing challenges is a major asset.
