Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

to act as a true financial business partner to our corporate teams to chart the financial course for our fast‑growing company.

You will help shape Qonto’s financial future through

comprehensive analysis and strategic planning

and you’ll be instrumental in

driving business performance and financial excellence across our rapidly growing organization .

As a Corporate FP&A Manager at Qonto, you will

Lead and drive long‑term financial planning , crafting strategies to secure our financial future.

Execute financial planning cycles

including annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast, performing detailed variance analysis on P&L lines within your scope.

Monitor Qonto’s financial performance

meticulously, delivering reports that drive decisions for senior management and the board.

Work hand‑in‑hand with strategic finance leaders

and business analytics teams to refine the financial analysis and reporting.

Create comprehensive group‑level performance narratives and strategic presentations

for key stakeholders including the finance department and the executive team.

Market/Team Context : You’ll join a growing FP&A team of 10+ professionals, working at the intersection of Finance and Operations in one of Europe’s most promising scale‑ups.

Projects you’ll work on : From building processes from scratch to developing sophisticated financial models, you’ll help shape how we track and improve our business performance.

About your future manager Your manager will be Quentin Bibal, our FP&A Corporate Manager.

His path?

Quentin started his career at EY in audit before joining Amazon as a Financial Analyst where he supported business teams and mastered financial process automation. He then spent 5 years at PwC in Transaction Services, progressing from Analyst to Manager, where he led financial due diligence projects for investment funds and corporate clients, particularly in SaaS and services sectors.

What he can bring to the team?

Quentin brings a combination of analytical rigor and people management skills. His management style emphasizes active listening and team development, focusing on helping team members grow their skills. His background in process automation and financial planning will be valuable in streamlining operations and providing strategic financial insights.

About You

Experience : At least 3 years of experience in Transaction Services or FP&A (ideally Corporate FP&A), preferably in a fast‑paced organization.

Self‑starter : Initiative‑taking mindset with intellectual agility and strong business acumen, comfortable creating processes and dashboards from scratch.

Model‑builder : Ability to craft comprehensive P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow analyses.

Communication : Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to align various teams across the company.

Languages : Fluent English. French highly appreciated.
