About the Mo Team We are building

Mo , an LLM‑based conversational AI that can prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care, available via chat, voice or video.

Since 2023 we have moved from R&D into real‑world testing and are preparing to scale to millions of users.

What you’ll work on

Deliver the most memorable chat experience:

build a snappy, delightful, fast and rich conversational interface.

Scale Mo for millions of users:

improve latency, error‑rate and fault‑tolerance to support the target user base by 2026.

Integrate Mo with Alan services:

connect to digital chat,– maps of physical health providers, and tailored prevention programs.

Extend the architecture:

support future features such as additional context, new skills and multi‑country reach.

Who we’re looking for Product engineers with at least 3 years of experience who are excited about building state‑of‑the‑art AI systems for real‑world, high‑stakes healthcare problems.

Frontier of LLMs, multi‑agent architectures and human‑in‑the‑loop learning.

Implement new capabilities across engineering, data and medical expertise.

Scale systems from thousands to millions of members.

Influence system architecture and maintain code quality.

Mentor teammates, contribute to culture, participate in hiring and interview design.

Nice to have

Strong software engineering and systems architecture background, especially in back‑end.

Experience with ML, LLMs or ML‑ops.

Product‑mindset: deliver usable, impactful solutions.

Self‑directed, pragmatic, humble, collaborative, enthusiastic, and fluent in English.
