Description du Poste
Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Santé au travail
At Alan, we’re reimagining occupational health ("médecine du travail") in France. Today, the system is at risk: employees view mandatory health visits as pointless bureaucracy, HR admins struggle with services that add mental load without delivering value, and occupational health practitioners lack the tools and time to focus on real prevention. Critical issues such as work‑related mental health, musculoskeletal disorders, and burnout continue to grow.
Our vision
We’re building
Prévenir , a new kind of occupational health service that puts employees first. Our mission is to make occupational health a trusted partner that people actually turn to when they have work‑related health concerns—not just a legal obligation they endure once every few years.
What is “Santé au travail”
