Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Member Lifecycle

A global onboarding platform serving 1 M+ members across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada.
Smart automation for life’s big moments (adding family members, retirement, company transitions) that reduces friction and delights users.

Who we’re looking for
Engineers with 3 + years of experience who can tackle high‑impact projects, design efficient systems, mentor peers and contribute to hiring. We value curiosity, growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
Qualifications
Well‑versed in object‑oriented programming (Python, Java, C#) and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript web technologies.
Willingness to work in Python/JavaScript.
Passionate about building products, self‑starting, entrepreneurial.
Collaborative, eager to learn and teach; humble and open to growth.
Fluent in English.
