The EMEA SCI Team delivers an innovative portfolio of programmatic investments; engages in complex partnerships with community stakeholders, Institutions, Federations, and partners closely with the brand to deliver transformational experiences for the kid, the community, and our consumer.
Who We Are Looking For
We require a talent to replace the SCI Senior Manager during her maternity leave. He/she will be a critical member of the Nike France and EMEA Social and Community Impact team as well as the Nike Paris city team focused on delivering impact to the community and the business.
What Will You Work On
The SCI Senior Manager will lead a
portfolio of partnerships
supporting Nike’s
Future of Youth Sport (FOYS) strategy
and oversee the
Employee Engagement Strategy
in Paris.
More specifically, he/she will:
synthesize local insights to
understand the opportunities and barriers
to getting kids active;
Research and understand the
diversity in communities
across the country as part of Nikes commitment to marginalized communities;
manage key community
partners relationships
on a weekly basis
engage partners
with aligned goals and relevant actions locally (eg : SCI training content for coaches ; capability building opportunities), to support the
SCI Future of Youth Sport Strategy .
manage the
Next Gen Coaches program
(key pillar of the "SCI coaching strategy" in France), including its implementation for the training of the 3rd cohort, the impact report, and the integration of the program by the FFF, while supporting internal teams to ensure proper ownership.
Provide support to the Nike EMEA SCI team in the development of FOYS initiatives, as needed.
This role will also be responsible, in partnership with local teams, for the
employee engagement
Strategy , connecting volunteers with local and accessible community programs, while ensuring proper use of resources and tools at our disposal, with a big focus on the recruitment of volunteers for the
Special Olympics
Football unified Cup in July 2026.
The SCI Senior Manager will be responsible for supporting on all aspects of portfolio management in Nike’s system for approvals, contracting, reporting, products ordering and budgeting.
Finally, the SCI Senior Manager will support the SCI Director in helping local teams plan for powerful FOYS storytelling, internally and externally.
Who You Will Work With
Based in Paris, this role reports to the SCI Director for Nike France and collaborates closely with cross functional Nike France teams including Sports Marketing, Brand Marketing, Nike Direct, Communications, Government & Public Affairs, and Human Resources.
You will also work in close partnership with the EMEA SCI team.

Professional Experience:

driving processes and project leadership
to achieve team results;
Experience of supporting or leading cross-functional initiatives by networking, building relations, taking a collaborative approach and influencing others;
Experience of a corporate environment working
with Sports Marketing, Brand marketing and Communication teams
Managing multi-sector partnerships , including with NGOs, sporting associations, federations and multi-lateral groups; Planning and managing employee volunteers;
Knowledge of the social impact, corporate responsibility and sports sectors , especially community- and sports social impact programming.
Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills with proven ability to structure and deliver content that inspires and engages others;
Fluent in writing and speaking
French and English,
used on a daily basis Undergraduate (preferably in Development or Social Sciences) degree required and Graduate (preferably in Management) degree preferred;
At least 3 years of professional experience in Social Impact/Corporate Responsibility/Non-profit Sector.
