Administration: Maintain, optimize, and expand the global network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, and network security systems. Oversee the complete lifecycle of network assets, covering installation, upgrades, patching, replacements, and decommissioning. Develop and regularly update comprehensive network documentation, including topology diagrams, configuration records, and asset inventories. Ensure continuous and reliable operation of all network components to support business continuity and performance. Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to proactively identify issues and support infrastructure evolution. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices aligned with organizational policies and IT governance. Collaborate with global teams to ensure proper rights delegation and adherence to access control protocols. Support: Manage and resolve network‑related service tickets, including incidents, requests, and change activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Maintain and update network support tools such as inventory systems, backup configurations, and monitoring platforms to ensure operational readiness. Participate in diagnostic and troubleshooting efforts to qualify, analyze, and resolve technical issues across the network infrastructure. Leverage technical expertise to streamline and document support processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing recurring issues. Maintenance and Security: Administer network access controls in strict alignment with organizational security policies and compliance standards. Lead the implementation of network upgrades and enhancements across both hardware and software components to support evolving business needs. Utilize advanced monitoring tools to assess network usage patterns and proactively fine‑tune configurations for optimal performance and reliability. Proactively recommend enhancements that simplify network architecture, improve maintainability, and increase operational efficiency. Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the networking domain to support innovation and strategic evolution. Education and experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology Specialization: Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, etc.) Routing, Switching and WLAN environments (Cisco) Secure Internet Access Solutions (Forcepoint, Cato Networks) AWS Networking and IaC is a plus Familiar with network troubleshooting and diagnostic Knowledge in SDWAN, and SASE concepts Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in a multicultural environment supporting network services Skills
