About the Role
You will join the Operations Division on the Project Partnering team as a Project Partner Lead. As a “Player‑Coach” you will manage the day‑to‑day activities of a local team of Project Partners, supporting them to meet business targets and grow personally.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the team: directly manage, coach, and develop Project Partners, monitoring and driving their performance
Drive change management: implement new processes, tools, and ways of working to foster a cohesive “One Team” spirit
Manage stakeholders: cultivate relationships with key local stakeholders and ensure collaboration with Sales and Community teams
Stay hands‑on: maintain understanding of product and processes by directly managing sourcing opportunities
Optimize staffing: propose staffing optimizations and anticipate issues to ensure operational continuity
Provide strategic feedback: give feedback to management on product, processes, and data to enhance the freelancer and client sourcing experience
About You
Solid background in sourcing or recruitment with proven experience in team leadership or coaching
Strong skills in pipeline management, capacity planning, and negotiation & closing techniques
Expert in objection handling, conflict resolution, and communication strategy
Customer‑centric mindset with experience in customer experience management and process optimization
Native level English proficiency
How to Join the Mission
First call with Talent Acquisition Manager Claudia to discuss background and aspirations (30–45 min)
Interview with future manager to explore experience and role specifics (45–60 min)
Business case to assess sourcing logic and management skills, evaluated by Laura Nadal, Head of Recruitment
Final interview with Nicolas Tisserand, VP Project Partnering, and Perrine Ferrault, COO, to discuss Malt’s long‑term vision
