Senior Flow Assurance Engineer

Intertek is currently participating in a major tender for FLNG project and in anticipation of a project award, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flow Assurance Engineer to join our team.

The selected candidate will provide expert consultancy in flow assurance and inspection processes across oil & gas projects, contributing to the successful design, execution, and operation of complex systems within the FLNG scope.

Responsabilities :

Provide specialist engineering input across all project phases, including flow assurance studies and analysis.

Support FEED and detailed design reviews, ensuring quality and compliance with industry and company standards.

Define Scopes of Work and oversee contractor activities to ensure technical and contractual alignment.

Analyze field data to support troubleshooting, commissioning, and operational improvements.

Ensure design integrity and participate in process safety and technical integrity reviews.

Act as technical authority for flow assurance, managing deviation/concession requests and resolving technical issues.

Contribute to the Basis of Design for onshore/offshore facilities and optimize installation and construction activities.

Ensure effective communication and data transfer between contractors and internal teams.

Develop and implement flow assurance standards considering environmental and logistical constraintsws/audits.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in offshore and onshore Oil & Gas projects.

Strong design experience related to platform topsides, FPSOs, subsea manifolds, flexible umbilicals, flowlines, and flow assurance studies for subsea pipelines, including deepwater systems.

Preferably, hands-on involvement in offshore/onshore operations, particularly in problem solving, commissioning, or start-up activities.

Previous experience supervising engineering design contractors for offshore facilities and pipeline systems.

Contract duration : 3 years
