Corporate Internal Communication Manager (M/W/D) Your opportunity Based in Le Havre, you will be part of Sidel’s Global Change Management and Internal Communication function. Le Havre is a historic and strategic hub for Sidel, home to critical competencies that are essential to our future. Today, the site is facing two major challenges: a significant generational transition, with many employees approaching retirement; the need to attract, engage, and retain talent in a complex global organization. In this context, internal communication is not just about sharing information, it is a key driver of alignment, engagement, and transformation. You will help ensure that our global strategy is clearly understood locally, while also making sure local voices are heard at a global level.

Your Mission As Internal Communication Manager, you will:

Connect Global Strategy to Local Reality

Translate corporate strategy into clear, concrete, and actionable messages

Ensure consistency and clarity across communications

Make complex topics understandable and relevant

Support Transformation & Change

Contribute to change management initiatives

Help leaders communicate with impact and authenticity

Support behavioral and cultural evolution

Build a strong sense of belonging and shared identity

Foster dialogue across functions and levels

Reinforce the feeling of being one integrated global team

Partner with Leadership

Work closely with site leadership and global stakeholders

Act as a trusted advisor on communication topics

Structure and coordinate communication plans in a matrix environment

Your Profile Given the strategic importance of this role, personal and interpersonal capabilities are as critical as technical expertise. We are seeking a professional who demonstrates the following qualities:
