Position Multilingual Prompt Designer

Details Type: Contract

Compensation: $25–$30/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 2+ months

Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Author French/English prompt–golden answer pairs to train and evaluate advanced language models.

Create detailed prompts in French and/or English with constraints and instructions for real-world relevance.

Define and document evaluation standards for French consumer contexts, developing rubrics for linguistic nuance.

Run prompts through models, assessing outputs for accuracy, fluency, and cultural fit in French.

Collaborate in QA review processes to ensure consistency and reliability across French-language benchmarks.

Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to a high-impact AI research project.

Qualifications Must-Have

Native-level fluency in French (written) with strong reading/writing ability in English.

BS or BA from a reputable institution (completed or in progress).

Strong writing and critical thinking skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar tools for personal decision-making.

Based in France or able to produce France-specific, culturally accurate French.

Preferred

Experience in teaching, research, editing, or academic writing.

Experience creating evaluation criteria, rubrics, or grading guidelines.

Familiarity with LLMs, prompting, or model evaluation.

Application Process (Takes 20–30 mins to complete)

Complete an AI-led interview (about 15 minutes).

Complete a 45-minute written assessment focused on writing and rubric creation.

If selected, you will be invited to work on the project.
