The Role

Manage full life‑cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in the area of Extended Warehouse Management / Transport Management

Evaluate business requirements, identify relevant SAP capabilities and best practices

Plan, prepare and execute Fit‑Gap / Fit‑to‑Standard workshops

Design solutions & adoption for identified gaps and business process improvement measures

Ensure system implementation together with near‑/offshore team members

Serve as sparring partner for the client and handle project‑management responsibilities

Requirements

At least 8–10 years of experience in this area

At least 3–5 full project lifecycles of work experience in SAP EWM, TM

Profound knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management and/or Transport Management processes and ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications

S/4HANA project experience and/or certification

Preferably experience in international template rollout projects

Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences

Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology or equivalent

Efficient, communicative team player and self‑starter

Excellent command of English

Project‑related mobility / willingness to travel
