Provide IT support from desktops to large-scale server/SAN environments. Configure/troubleshoot VMware (vSphere, vSAN, Horizon) and manage Linux/Windows servers. Administer storage (SAN, CEPH, vSAN), backup solutions (VEEAM, StoreOnce), and monitoring tools (Nagios, Splunk). Manage Oracle infrastructures (EXADATA, ZDRLA), Active Directory/LDAP, Keycloak, and mail systems (Postfix, AV/AS). Administer OCP platforms with tools (Red Hat Service Mesh, GitHub, Helm, GitOps, Ansible, Kafka). Manage PKI certificates, centralized deployment, and IT security policies. Additional Focus

Administration of physical security systems (CCTV, ACS, IDS, Fire Alarms) and integration with IT infrastructure. Support backend servers, virtualization, secure data handling, high availability, and compliance. Maintain, troubleshoot, and secure physical security devices and platforms. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) + min. 3 years relevant experience. Strong expertise in HW/SW management, racking, cabling, firmware upgrades, and system patching. Experience in server, bladesystem, and composable infrastructure administration. Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, Oracle, Elasticsearch), monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, etc.). Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, capacity, configuration). Key Skills

Storage & backup administration (SAN, CEPH, VEEAM). Security system integration, monitoring, compliance, disaster recovery. Strong problem-solving, multi-site support, automation (Ansible/PowerShell). Details
