Responsibilities

Assist French-speaking business clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Address client inquiries related to business services, account management, and operational support. Resolve client-related issues swiftly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions in the CRM system for reference and quality assurance. Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve complex inquiries and enhance service delivery. Stay current on company services and products to provide informed and relevant assistance to clients. Participate in ongoing training and development to further enhance skills and service effectiveness. Requirements Fluency in French and strong command of English, both written and spoken. Experience in a customer support role, particularly within a business or corporate environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on client engagement. Strong problem-solving capabilities with an ability to manage client needs efficiently. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
