Overview
We are looking for a
highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant
to support our
Group Chief Human Resources Officer
and the wider
HR team . This role is central to the smooth functioning of Group HR activities and offers strong exposure to strategic HR topics in a dynamic, international setting.
Reporting Line
Reports to:
Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Key Responsibilities
Support to Group CHRO
Administrative and Organizational Support
Manage the CHRO’s calendar (planning, meeting coordination, travel arrangements).
Prepare, organize, and monitor strategic and confidential files.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the HR operating budget.
Interface and Coordination
Act as the main point of contact between the CHRO and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage communications (emails, phone calls, correspondence) with discretion and efficiency.
Project Follow-up
Ensure administrative follow-up of HR projects in close collaboration with the CHRO.
Support to the HR Team
Internal Communication
Contribute to drafting and distributing HR communications (newsletters, intranet content, notice boards).
Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QVCT)
Support the implementation of QVCT initiatives (event organization, internal surveys).
Monitor indicators and prepare reporting materials.
HR Projects
Assist in coordinating and tracking HR projects (training, onboarding, diversity & inclusion).
Manage logistics for HR events (seminars, workshops, thematic days).
Required Skills and Competencies
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Discretion & confidentiality: essential for handling sensitive information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint).
Solution-oriented mindset and ability to manage unexpected situations.
Profile
Minimum 2-year degree (Executive Assistant, Human Resources, or equivalent).
3–5 years in a similar role (preferably in an HR environment).
Fluent in
English and French
