Quality Inspector (m/f) - Aeronautical Industrial Quality - Permanent Contract (CDI) - Toulouse

Airbus Commercial Toulouse is looking for a

Quality Inspector

to join its teams on a permanent basis (CDI) in Toulouse, France.

You will join the QUALITY team (internal code:

QMYL1 ) within the strategic sector of

A350 pylon assembly , an ambitious program currently in a steep

ramp-up

phase.

Your mission will be to inspect and certify the correct execution of our production ranges and ways of working. You will conduct operational surveillance, ensure aircraft and personnel safety, manage non-conformances, and act as the workshop focal point for quality issues.

The

QLS (Quality Line Side)

team is also engaged in improvement, prediction, and coaching activities as required.

YOUR CHALLENGES

Your industrial quality expertise is essential to guarantee the excellence and speed of our operations. In a team of 7 professionals, your main responsibilities will include: Performing Quality Inspections

in strict compliance with defined standards.

Providing reactive support

to production to unblock assembly lines.

Reporting and processing Non-Conformances (NC) .

Ensuring continuous surveillance

of operators, products, and processes.

Managing operator qualifications .

Supporting root cause analysis

and problem-solving within multi-functional teams.

Interacting with Internal Customers (CAM) .

Ensuring pylon release/compliance

for FAL (Final Assembly Line) deliveries.

YOUR BOARDING PASS

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in

QUALITY tools, supports, and methods

INDUSTRY ACTIVITIES

Technical mastery of

AIPI Assembly

(Structure and Equipment).

Knowledge of aeronautical industrial systems.

Knowledge of

SAP/UNC systems

(NC creation / concessions).

Personal Qualities: Strong and demonstrated

Quality Mindset .

Rigor, ability to take a step back, and a collaborative spirit.

Agility across diverse tasks and the ability to prioritize.

Ability to integrate easily into a team.

KEY JOB INFORMATION

Location:

Saint-Eloi site, Toulouse City Center.

Shift Pattern:

Day/Night shifts ( 2x9 ).

Level:

JR Grading 08 (Quality Technician per SMH Airbus Agreements / Metallurgy Collective Agreement).
