THE ROLE We are seeking a proactive and skilled Mechanical Leader to oversee our workshop operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of mechanics, prioritize repairs, handle spare parts and inventory, and maintain safety and quality standards.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Team Management : Supervise daily activities, schedule tasks, review performance, and foster a positive work environment.

Workshop Operations : Plan and oversee repairs, ensure quality and safety compliance, and address complex technical issues.

Inventory and Spare Parts Management : Monitor stock levels, coordinate procurement, and maintain accurate records.

Budget and Reporting : Manage costs, monitor inventory, and prepare reports.

Safety and Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety standards through inspections and audits.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education or certification in mechanics, mechatronics, or automotive technology.

Experience in mechanical repair, preferably with campervans or similar vehicles.

Knowledge of inventory management systems.

Budget management skills and results-oriented approach.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

Valid Driver’s License.

Proficiency in English and French with good communication skills.
