Responsibilities

Drive revenue-focused growth initiatives by designing and optimizing AI-powered automations that boost revenue, ABM performance and reduce operational workload

Scrape and aggregate external data (job boards, news, etc.) to identify immediate freelancer needs within companies, and integrate signals back into marketing automation journeys

Identify opportunities through funnel monitoring and execute rapid Build-Measure-Learn experimentation cycles by shipping fast MVPs to validate hypotheses and iterating quickly based on data and results

Leverage our internal AI & Automation stack (Dust, n8n, …) and custom scripting (Python/JavaScript) to automate low-value tasks for marketing teams, and build scalable workflows ensuring clean data flows and robust API orchestration

Architect data models in HubSpot, and ensure transversal collaboration alignment with the ecosystem (Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker, etc.) to secure accuracy and reporting

About You

You have 3+ years of experience in growth engineering, automation, data engineering, or a technical GTM role, ideally in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of building systems that drive measurable revenue impact

You’re proficient in modern growth and engineering tools such as Python, SQL, N8N, HubSpot, Salesforce, BigQuery, Looker, and AI platforms like Dust, with hands-on experience leveraging these tools to automate & scale growth processes and build internal tools

You have a strategic and systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable technical solutions, and to understand the full customer journey to design growth loops, automations, and data flows that scale

You possess excellent communication (English fluency required) and stakeholder management skills, and you’re capable of influencing cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Data) and bringing them along with technical decisions

You have a highly collaborative working style and a desire to contribute to empower a business-driven and creative team

You are comfortable operating in fast-paced, iterative environments, shipping MVPs quickly and improving them based on data

How to join the mission?

First call with Claudia Ferrand, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)

Interview with your future manager, Laurine Flavigny, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)

Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by Laurine Flavigny and 2 others, in order to assess your technical skills

Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt’s long-term vision.
