Within the International HR teams, who work on global strategy and support for the group, you will join the Transversal Tech HR department.
The role of Global HR Business Partner dedicated to the Online Services department is to support the VP HR Transversal Tech in nurturing and growing the talent within their direct and functional team with a focus on :
HR Process
Coordinating HR processes for teams spread in many different locations, working hand in hand with the on-site HR leaders and ensuring proper maintenance of these processes in respect with Group policies & deadlines
Giving visibility to Online Services Directors about the different processes applicable to their respective teams (HR Operations, WFH…)
Coordinating employee listening program results and analysis for OS
Animating Online Services HRBP worldwide: cascading HR Online Services Road Map, highlighting priorities and improvements, providing visibility on achievements, motivating the network on strategic projects, and sharing success stories on transformation
Centralizing information around the LTI process to provide proper visibility and actionable insights to OS SVP
Gathering KPIs around salary reviews after implementation in local countries
Org Design
Participating in the design of the optimal organization
Defining relevant job families and competencies in liaison with HR Transversal Tech Development team & Group COEs
Implementing the grading system for OS organization
Arbitrating job title validation when needed
Talent Development
Running talent reviews, and developing collective and individual development plans for your domain teams
Identifying succession planning for critical domain roles
Facilitating mobility and job rotations to develop talent and future leaders with well-rounded experiences
Partnering with HR global Centers of Expertise to design and implement innovative programs
Providing visibility on domain career paths in collaboration with Transversal Tech talent & development team
Identifying technical career paths to maintain domain teams at the appropriate competency levels
Managing international mobility arbitration & tracking
Dashboards & KPIs
Contributing to the implementation of data quality culture & KPIs with HRBP in local countries to develop people dashboards for Online Services
Ensuring all HR tools and processes are properly updated and synchronized with the latest job referential for the domain worldwide
Ensuring domain management teams have access to key data (D&I, attrition, internal mobilities, promotions, WFH…)
You will collaborate with HR Transversal Excellence and Development teams, Group COEs, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have senior HR Manager experience in an international context.
This role requires:
Proficiency in English & French (mandatory)
Ability to thrive in complex international and decentralized organizations
Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and unite stakeholders diplomatically and positively
Autonomy, initiative, and innovative thinking to drive change
Strong team spirit
Organizational skills, punctuality, and reliability

[60 minutes]: Video interview with the recruiter
[60 minutes]: Interview with the VP HR of Transversal Tech, the role's manager
[60 minutes]: Interview with the Director of HR Excellence
[60 minutes]: Interview with the SVP of Online Services and her Chief of Staff
