Marketing and Business Support Associate

We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing and Business Support Associate to join our * Tasks: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare targeted marketing materials and support with campaign execution.* Skills: assist with CRM updates, data extraction, and cleaning to generate basic analytics, reports and dashboards.* Tasks: Monitor competitor activity and market trends, delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.* Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities, capacity to synthesise information into clear recommendations.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Business Administration, or a related field providing knowledge in marketing principles and business strategy.* Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, communication and/or business support position, ideally in an international environment.* Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling content and collaborate with teams.* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing tools)* Understanding of social media analytics and scheduling tools, for managing and analysing social media campaigns.* Working knowledge of CRM systems or lead management and client interaction tracking.* Competence in using spreadsheet and data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI is a strong plus.* Adaptability and willingness to learn are important in a fast-paced, constantly changing marketing environment.* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management, email marketing software and analytics tools, is highly valuable.* Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.* Project management abilities help in organising tasks, meeting deadlines and coordinating with other departments.* Attention to detail ensures accuracy in campaign execution, reporting, and content creation.Euronext Securities, part of the Euronext Group, is a leading provider of post-trade services, and is one of the largest Central Securities Depository (CSD) operators in Europe.
