Head of IT Solutions Freelance H/F Company: Kicklox

AiBT is the Airbus internal airline operating the Beluga ST to support the oversized transport services outside Airbus network for new types of customers and payloads such as engines, helicopters, satellite components or complete satellites, ISS components, containers, and machinery. First commercial operation was successfully completed in December 2021. IT support is a key to maintaining an airline.

Missions à réaliser

Collect and study the needs stated by the company's business management;

Assess and recommend IT investments corresponding to the stated business needs, taking their effectiveness and risk control into account;

Ensure the adequacy of the company's data management with applicable legislation;

Coordinate with other departments, monitoring the performance and security of the IT set‑up and gathering new requests;

Supervise the design and implementing of the information system and provide through‑lifecycle support;

Supervise the drafting of specifications in accordance with the company's needs and choices;

Lead IT projects through management and approval meetings, in conjunction with project managers and the company's business departments;

Assess, monitor and adjust departmental budgets based on desired technologies and possible solutions;

Ensure that budgets for information system changes are managed;

Renegotiate contracts with various suppliers in conjunction with the Purchasing Department;

Business Relationship Management role with central IM organization;

Define and monitor data policies and standards, set‑up data governance;

Continuous development, maintenance and administration of apps developed by our company (TimeApp, TimeApp for Pilots, BelaQuiz, Action Tracker, GomApp);

Supervise the Part‑IS implementation to comply with regulations (analysis of risks and threats, state‑of‑the‑art Architecture Dossiers, Master plan, update of tools & processes when required).

Livrables attendus

Ensure availability of the IT tools, applications (and associated services) and support the daily operations as per required standards;

Source or develop new applications / IT tools according to the business needs and best practices;

Data Governance Manager;

Future Part‑IS nominated person as per EU regulation.

Description Du Profil

5 years' higher education as Information System Manager, or equivalent Knowledge & Experience

Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting and organisational management

Knowledge of Airbus IM landscape

Outstanding interpersonal relationship

Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality

Knowledge in ITSM and Project Management

Business fluent in English and French is a must

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
