Responsibilities

根据销售计划，实施并按时完成年度个人销售任务；

在销售经理领导下，参与销售团队工作，配合完成销售目标；

了解市场和客户，向客户提供最佳销售服务，使每个顾客满意；同时收集并反馈信息给公司。

负责建立顾客档案提供有效信息支持公司市场数据库，定期更新；

按销售经理的要求提供销售报告和销售预测；

对发货后的应收帐款负责；配合公司处理质量问题。

在销售区域内，有效地管理及发展长短期代理商，配合公司交货及销售策略的实施。

Qualifications

工程类、管理类本科以上学历；

3年以上销售经验，2年以上销售管理或市场管理经验；

熟悉压缩机产品的销售、市场、客户服务；

擅长销售网络和销售人员的组织和管理；

良好的英语和计算机操作能力。
