Customer Support Manager-French Native Speaker (France)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and handle online reservations for hotels, flights, car rentals, transfers, and additional travel services

Coordinate and process offline requests in a timely and efficient manner

Handle bookings and cases involving last-minute and on-the-spot challenges, ensuring fast and effective problem resolution

Respond to incoming calls from travel agents, providing platform support and managing reservations with special requests

Proactively negotiate customer needs with different sources, using outbound calls to secure optimal solutions

Demonstrate creative thinking and a results-oriented mindset, especially when handling complex cases involving multiple stakeholders

Operate multiple online systems simultaneously while delivering high-quality service

Take full responsibility for resolving operational and administrative cases from A to Z

Job Qualifications

Service oriented persona with high communication skills, fluent in

English and French (you need to be French native speaker)

Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented work style, solving problems

Can control and lead multiple tasks, activating all resources to efficiently solve cases

Experience working B2B with travel agents/business professionals is a big plus!

Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products/systems, and company procedures

The current working hours are Mon-Fri with shifts between 09:00-19:00 time in France
