About the role
As a Senior CRM Manager at Wallester, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with our White-Label partners. This role requires a deep understanding of partner needs, strong commercial insight, and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor and growth partner. You will take full ownership of complex accounts, lead high-impact initiatives, and proactively drive long-term value for both the partner and Wallester. The position combines strategic portfolio management, commercial development, and cross-functional coordination to ensure exceptional service and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs and business objectives
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with business clients and partners
Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to client account management
Proaсtively manage and expand the client portfolio through strategic engagement and relationship development
Conduct regular outreach to existing clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities
Analyze client activity and identify areas for improvement, optimization, or potential growth
Handle complex client requests and manage issue escalations or delegations effectivelyCollaborate closely with internal departments to deliver a seamless and efficient client experience
Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders
Operate independently, managing tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑centric environment
Requirements
A bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Economics/Law, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in client account or relationship management
Proven strategic acumen
Understanding the FinTech ecosystem, including concepts like card issuing, payment processing, KYC/AML, and PCI compliance.
High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
Proven ability to communicate effectively with large international corporations
Strong independent thinking and self-starter mentality
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to communicate across all organizational levels, from technical personnel to senior management
Formal presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong decision-making and problem‑solving abilities
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
