They're hiring a Mobilisation Manager to join their operations team in Madrid. The site context here is particularly interesting, it involves both the redevelopment of a current facility and a brand new greenfield build targeted for 2029. Leading end-to-end service mobilisation and customer onboarding into live data centre environments Coordinating across facilities, technical services, commercial, compliance, and security teams Tracking delivery against KPIs, milestones, and contracted service levels Contributing to OPEX control and CAPEX planning during transition phases Background in data centre operations, previous Shift Managers, Operations Project Managers, or Facilities Managers are the ideal profile Experience on the delivery/ops side of data centre environments, ideally including new site mobilisation or commissioning Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
