This is the job We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join a strategic project within the telecommunications sector. The selected candidate will contribute to the development and evolution of solutions focused on network service management, inventory, and orchestration, ensuring reliable, automated, and scalable service fulfillment. The role involves order orchestration, exception handling (fallout), and end-to-end alignment between service activation and field execution. This is you Proven experience in ServiceNow development (Glide, scripting, advanced configurations). Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly Telecom Network Inventory (TNI). Experience with Order Orchestration and service fulfillment management. Experience with Flow Designer, service decomposition, and service orchestration. Knowledge of physical and logical inventory modeling in telecom environments. Experience in exception management and Fallout Handling processes. Understanding of service activation and provisioning processes in Telco environments (FTTH experience is a plus). Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams. This is your role Develop and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform using Glide and other technical components. Implement, configure, and enhance the Telecom Network Inventory (TNI) module. Design and develop workflows using Flow Designer. Implement Order Orchestration, service decomposition, and service orchestration processes. Manage and automate Fallout Handling (exception management) processes. Model and manage physical and logical network inventory data. Design validation and fallout resolution logic. Ensure proper integration between inventory systems, service activation, and field execution. Deliver scalable, resilient solutions aligned with telecommunications business processes.
