is currently leading a consortium under a

Multiple Framework Contract with the European Commission

focused on high-level advisory services related to digital government, ICT strategy, digital policy, and public sector transformation. To support future assignments under this framework, we are expanding our pool of

EU Digital Policy and Regulation experts

across the European Union.

Assignments under the framework may include activities such as: Analysis of EU digital policies and regulatory frameworks; Support to development of digital policy initiatives; Regulatory impact assessments and policy studies; Analysis of emerging EU digital legislation (AI, data, digital services); Stakeholder consultations and policy workshops.

Profile Requirements We are particularly interested in experts with: 8+ years of experience in EU digital policy, technology regulation, or public policy advisory; Experience working with EU institutions, international organisations, or national public administrations; Expertise in EU digital legislation, regulatory analysis, or policy development; Strong analytical and advisory skills, including preparation of policy reports or studies; Advanced degree in law, public policy, economics, or related fields; Fluency in English is required. Additional EU languages are an asset.
