What the Successful Software Developer can expect from their duties within the role: Designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions and microservices to solve business problems. Building and maintaining APIs and data services to process and deliver financial data efficiently. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously improve systems and adopt latest technologies. Working across a full tech stack with client-facing and internal systems that provide meaningful business impact.

The Successful Software Developer will have experience in this tech stack: Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, or C++. Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS). Understanding of object-oriented design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.

Some Additional experience that is highly desirable but not required for this role: Exposure to scalable or event-driven architectures. Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Prior experience in financial services or capital markets.
