About VISTA Investments VISTA Investments is a vertically integrated hospitality investment, development and operating platform. We own, develop, structure and operate hotel assets across international markets, combining capital structuring, development execution and operational performance under one platform.

Our Spanish platform operates within a multi-entity and SPV-based structure and works in close coordination with our US finance leadership team.

The Role As CFO – Spain, you will take full financial ownership of the Spanish platform, overseeing operating entities, development vehicles and asset-holding SPVs. This is a senior financial leadership role focused on ownership, governance and performance oversight — not day-to-day accounting execution. You will lead the finance function through a Head of Accounting responsible for accounting operations and reporting execution, while you focus on: Financial integrity and transparency Governance and control frameworks Performance visibility across entities Cash-flow discipline and liquidity management Strategic financial support to leadership

You will act as a key business partner to senior management in Spain and collaborate closely with the US finance team.

Key Responsibilities Overall ownership of financial reporting, statutory compliance and data quality across operating entities and SPVs Oversight of budgeting, forecasting and financial performance monitoring Consolidation, treasury, liquidity and cash-flow management across entities Review and monitoring of CapEx programs and capital allocation Design and strengthening of financial controls, policies and governance frameworks Coordination of audits, tax compliance and external advisors Leadership and structuring of the Spanish finance function Close collaboration with operational leadership (including General Managers) to ensure financial discipline and performance transparency Alignment with US finance on reporting standards and governance consistency

Profile Senior finance leader with strong financial ownership and governance experience Proven background in multi-entity / group environments (SPV exposure required) Big Four background or equivalent high-standard audit environment highly valued Experience in hospitality, real estate, development or other asset-heavy environments strongly preferred Comfortable operating between detail and big-picture strategy Structured, ownership-driven and pragmatic leadership style Experience working in international environments Full professional English required
