Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in SaaS, CRM, AI, and/or social/content-driven industries Craft compelling outreach and candidate experiences that reflect our brand, culture, and mission Maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research Use data and insights to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring efficiency Act as a talent advisor, bringing industry trends, competitive intel, and creative ideas to the table

Proven success hiring for roles in SaaS, CRM, social media, AI, or creator-focused industries ~ Familiarity with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, Gem, or LinkedIn Recruiter Interest in content creation, social media and AI is a plus!
