We’re seeking a highly skilled

Front-End Solution Architect

to join our team and lead technical excellence across our client engagements. This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on engineering capability with strong architectural vision and team leadership.

What You Will Bring Core Expertise: Front-End Technologies:

TypeScript, Angular.js, React.js, UI architecture, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership Lead and mentor product teams in modern engineering and architecture. Align product owners, architects, and developers to ensure technical quality. Architecture & Maintainability Define and enforce design patterns and scalable front‑end architecture. Promote Pair/Mob programming for consistent, maintainable code. Oversee code reviews and uphold engineering standards. Code Quality & Tooling Manage library dependencies and performance considerations. Enforce code quality with Sonar, Linters, and related tools. Support operational readiness and code stability. Testing & QA Promote testing best practices and adequate test coverage. Ensure strong unit, functional, and integration testing. Participate in “3 Amigos” sessions for epic‑level refinement. CI/CD & Deployability Define and evolve CI/CD pipelines and automation. Review deployment architectures and branching strategies. Security & Compliance Identify and mitigate front‑end security risks. Review and address vulnerabilities and alerts. Observability & Monitoring Define observability requirements and KPIs with architects. Monitor APM tools, alerts, and logs for system stability. Performance & Scalability Support load and synthetic testing for front‑end performance. Ensure applications meet performance standards across environments.
