Make your mark in the global medical device sector! We are looking to strengthen our team with an eager junior multi-lingual international growth developer (remote).
GrowthMedics partners with innovative medical technology companies to help them successfully expand into Europe and the Middle East. Through our sales development, regulatory importing, and market access services, we support manufacturers in establishing distributor networks, building hospital relationships, and generating sustainable revenue growth.
Our international and multilingual team works with emerging technologies ranging from orthopaedics and digital health to surgical devices and rehabilitation solutions.
We are looking for a multilingual International Growth Developer to help drive new business opportunities and support our clients’ expansion across international healthcare markets.
The Role
As an International Growth Developer, you will play a key role in identifying new market opportunities and generating sales meetings with hospitals, distributors, and healthcare decision makers across Europe.
This is primarily an inside sales and market development role, where you will conduct prospecting, outreach campaigns, product presentations, and pipeline development while representing innovative medical technologies.
You will also contribute to market intelligence, CRM management, reporting, and performance dashboards, supporting both client programs and internal strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Prospecting
• Conduct market research to understand healthcare markets, competitors, pricing structures, and decision-making processes
• Identify and qualify hospitals, distributors, and healthcare decision makers
• Build targeted prospect lists using professional databases and research platforms
Sales Development & Outreach
• Execute outbound sales campaigns including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement
• Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for clients
• Deliver online product introductions and presentations to prospects
• Maintain and develop relationships with healthcare stakeholders
Pipeline & CRM Management
• Manage and update CRM data including leads, contacts, and opportunities
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and follow-up process
• Track outreach performance and conversion metrics
Reporting & Planning
• Maintain sales dashboards and performance tracking
• Prepare weekly activity reports and pipeline updates
• Contribute to planning sessions, market strategies, and campaign optimization
Sales & Client Support
• Support client programs and sales managers with account follow-ups and market insights
• Occasionally support trade shows, customer meetings, and product demonstrations
• Contribute to internal knowledge development regarding medical technologies and healthcare markets
What We’re Looking For
Experience
• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or market research
• Experience in medical devices, life sciences, or healthcare is a strong advantage
Skills
• Strong cold calling, prospecting, and presentation skills
• Structured approach to pipeline management and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple international markets and clients simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate market data into actionable insights
Languages

Fluent English and French (required)
• Additional European languages are a strong plus, such as:
German
Spanish
Italian
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in
international business, life sciences, healthcare management, or related field
